She is the founder of SALT Africa, an organization which focuses on embracing Afrocentrism in mental health interventions. This has seen her work in mental health span across universities, communities and prisons. She is also an actress, a motivational speaker, a radio presenter and passionate about preservation of culture and the environment. She answers our questions on topics such as Dealing with negative thoughts, improving your self esteem and related issues!
