In this episode of the Ignite podcast, host Brian Bell interviews Royal Jain, co-founder and CEO of CodeParrot, a Team Ignite portfolio company. Royal shares his journey from being a computer science student at IIT Bombay to founding CodeParrot. His career path includes various internships and jobs in Japan and at Xerox Research, where he realized that long-term, singular problem statements were not his calling. He then ventured into quantitative finance at Morgan Stanley, only to find the work unfulfilling in the long run.
