Jackie reflects on her personal journey, sharing that she took a significant break from her podcast to undergo a major life transformation. She moved to Tulum in February 2025, leaving behind her previous life and ending her 19-year relationship, which she realized was not aligned with her true self. Jackie emphasizes the importance of aligning with one's intuition and human design, encouraging listeners to embrace their paths, even if they seem non-linear or challenging.

Jackie shared her personal journey of leaving her 14-year marriage and moving to a foreign country to follow her heart, emphasizing the importance of living in one's truth and being honest with oneself. She highlighted that facing difficult decisions and being authentic has led her to greater personal, spiritual, and professional growth. Jackie's story serves as a reminder of the transformative power of embracing one's truth and making bold, authentic choices.

Jackie discussed the concept of human design and its relevance to personal growth, particularly for women around 40. She emphasized that human design is not about self-improvement but about aligning with one's true self and removing societal conditioning. Jackie shared her personal experience of having a lower income in 2025, which she attributed to taking time off and recalibrating her priorities. Despite this, she found more inner peace and noted that her business still thrived, supporting her belief that money follows alignment with one's true self and desires.

Jackie discussed the importance of inner peace as a key currency for female leaders and successful individuals, emphasizing that financial freedom follows when one is internally peaceful. She shared her personal journey of re-evaluating work habits, highlighting the significance of rest and alignment with one's energy and mission. Jackie also challenged the notion of constant hustle, sharing an example of a client who experienced success after taking a weekend break, and stressed the importance of understanding one's human design to achieve inner peace and clarity.

Jackie discussed the importance of trusting one's inner wisdom and gut feelings, as opposed to overthinking and seeking external validation. She emphasized that understanding and living by one's Human Design can lead to personal alignment, increased confidence, and success in business.
