  It is believed that the practice of yoga has been around for five to ten thousand years! Now, that is an insane amount of time. What makes yoga even more fascinating is the fact that even after all these years, some of the same forms are still being practiced and with a popularity like never before. Being a health & wellness coach myself, I never pass up an opportunity to learn new ways to better my own and my clients overall well-being. When a good friend of mine introduced me to Diana, I instantly knew I had to invite her onto the show! Originally from Siberia, she has a powerful story of how her life in the cold quickly warmed her up for a lifelong relationship with helping others and practicing yoga. She speaks three languages and has an aura that could seriously soothe a bear! 

   Throughout this interview, we will discuss several techniques that you can adopt to improve your own wellness and ultimately lead you to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Diana delves into the details of the benefits Yoga offers us and shares insights from her own experiences.
