We don't have to spend our worship trying to reach a God who is far away.

We worship from union.

We can come with awe, wonder, hunger, thanksgiving...
and with everything we have.

True Worship must cost. Sometimes worship looks like giving God our time. Sometimes it's sacrificing a preference. Sometimes it's choosing thanksgiving in the middle of grief. Sometimes it's stepping outside our comfort zone.

The sacrifice may look small—but we don't get to decide what God can do with what we bring.

You may not be able to change your circumstances today.

But you can choose where you fix your gaze.

You can find one thing to thank Him for.

You can offer Him your sacrifice of praise.

You can behold Him in the middle of the valley.

And as Heather so powerfully says:

“Praise doesn't change who He is. It changes who I am.”
