I asked a question on Twitter (follow me on Twitter btw @TheRewiredSoul ) asking if someone told you something, but they didn't know the right answer, would you accuse them of lying? The response was obviously "no", but the question is, how do WE know what they don't know? This is a perfect example of when to use Hanlon's Razer, which states "Do not attribute to malice which could be explained by ignorance).
