Well, it's Tortured Poets Department time. Lara and I took a few days to digest Taylor Swift's new double album and are ready to share our initial thoughts. If I had to describe the piece in a few words, I would choose "raw" and "brooding." So, if you're looking for a 1989-ish sing-a-long, I'm afraid this isn't the era for you. With that said, Lara and I are intrigued by this album and the 31 glimpses we have into the soul of a tortured poet.

Y'all, the showrunners got me. I'll hand it to ABC, the sneaky little buggers, and admit that they tricked me into looking at Joey's Home Depot proposal pedestal for all the drama when I should have been looking at the white Chevy Tahoe! Daisy and Kelsey in the same vehicle? WHAT IS HAPPENING!?



Some Guy in Austin and I break down the finale for you and discuss all the important things, such as:

And why does my podcast co-host infuriate me with such nonsensical answers like James Marsden?
