I am glad that we all find our way to hive where we have the opportunity to mentor others to connect to real time business. As a hive promoter, I make it my goal to assist this new ones who are joining us to add value to hive and better their lives too. After his signed up, he came to office to make his post. Before making his post, I explained what is required from each person to succeed on hive. I helped him get Hive keychain and how to use it.How to login and make post, even on his own so he tried it so many times and as we speak, he can copy post link, make comments, explore communities and one thing about him is that he is good in asking questions and that will help him so much on hive. To retain newbies on hive need those who will patiently help them because hive is too big, sometimes they get lost in the community.

My greatest challenge now as a guide is lack of hive power, I am supposed to support newbies from my own but I lacked resources that I had to call for it, it affected me in registration, I'm still afraid on how I will do on day2 . Please if you are reading this post and you have #HP, please delegate to me so that I can run successful workshop and register newbies please. It is my greatest challenge now.Uploaded using 3Speak Mobile App2 min
- How Mobile Devices Advanced in Technology Over the YearsHi friends. I am back with another interesting video. I am still Blessing Uzomah with hive username @ijelady.Today I am going to talk about Advanced Technology.Knowing what advancement means will help us to know how much technology has advanced. **Advancement** means improvement or moving from a low level to a higher level. Like when you are promoted from a governor to a president. You know what that means right. Now let's see how technology has advanced from where it was to where it is today.I am going to use **Mobile Phone** in this illustration. Now let me take your mind back in **1972-1973** when *Martin Cooper* a great Man who was born in 1928 made the first ever mobile phone. He also made the first cell phone call. That is why he was popularly known as the **"father of cell phone"*.That was a technology breakthrough. Then in **1983** Motorola introduced portable cell phones. Then in few hands that you will see it. People did not really see the future of what they are doing. The question now is, how is cell phone or mobile phone use today? You already know the answer. The world is about **7.7Biliion** people and it is estimated the **5billion** people owned mobile phones. What does that tell you.Today, we have smartphones with so many functions. You don't just put a call , you make videos. Many businesses today are thriving today because of smartphones like Hive or what we are doing on Blockchain. All this are possible cause of smartphones.* Google Pixel Fold*Nothing phone" Samsung Galaxy Z Fold* Motorola RAZR 20There are numerous to count, and what you can do with phones are quite different from the first mobile phone. You can see with me that technology has advanced so much.#### Thank you very much9 min
- Importance of BudgetingHello friendsI'm back with another videoOn this post we will be discussing about **Budgeting**.* What is budgeting?* What is the importance of Budgeting?* What are the benefits of Budgeting?### BudgetingWhen we talk about Budgeting, it means to spend money based on plan, and it must be within income. Before making budget, one must know how much he is making daily, weekly, monthly, so that you will not spend more than your income.Again you must know how much you want to spend over a period of time.### Why Is budget Important?Budgeting is important because it keeps your spending in check and helps you to track your savings for future. Teachers are fine example of Budgeting. One of my uncle was a teacher—now retired. He said that once he receives his salary, he will removes his monthly savings, removes his transport money for the month, removes for his family upkeep, give his wife money for food and her own upkeep. After he has done this, the remaining is for emergency and nothing will make him spend it anyhow. It is important to make list of what you *need* first before your *want*. With your list, you will know how much you want to spend. Even the Holy book encourage us to calculate what it will take us to build a house before starting it. This shows how important it is to budget before spending.## Benefits of Budgeting* Provide target for growth* Improve focus* Manage cash in a good way* Monitor progress and performance in a business, and also,* Allocation of money in a required sectoryou can now see that, without good budgeting, one can run business for years without achieving anything.6 min
