Ilana is an international actress, singer, and voice actor based in Orlando, Florida U.S.A; after many years living in Asia. She is also a certified health coach, who is the creator and host of Candida Kitchen. Candida Kitchen is a cooking show for people with restricted diets due to illness or allergies. After many years of juggling a hectic work schedule, and traveling around the world, she is happy to be grounded during the pandemic. She is able to nurture her creative ideas and practice regular self care.
