Iliana Regan won a Michelin star for her Chicago-based “new gatherer” restaurant, Elizabeth. With that momentum, she opened a bakery. But then things got rough. In fact, it failed. But that failure pushed her to pursue her ultimate dream — a new venture called Milkweed Inn. And wound up making her, and her businesses, better for it.
