Have you ever felt stuck in life, knowing exactly what you need to do to change your circumstances, become the person you want to be, or create the life you truly desire… yet somehow you still struggle to take action?
In this episode, we’re talking about why you feel stuck even when you know what to do, and how the secret to creating change isn’t about doing more, pushing harder, or completely transforming your life overnight. It’s about learning to take one step at a time.
We live in a world that encourages us to do more, become more, and change everything all at once. But when you try to overhaul your entire life overnight, that all-or-nothing mentality can quickly lead to stress, inconsistency, procrastination and shame. with the feeling that you’re falling further behind.
The truth is, you don’t close the gap between where you are and where you want to be by taking on more than you can handle. You close it by following through on the one thing you can actually sustain.
In this episode, we explore why breaking your goals down into bite-sized, manageable steps is one of the most powerful ways to build momentum, strengthen self-trust, and create the confidence to keep going. Because every time you follow through on one small commitment to yourself, you create evidence that you can do what you say you’re going to do.
And that’s where the real transformation begins.
One step builds confidence. Confidence creates momentum. Momentum makes the next step feel more possible. Before you know it, those small, seemingly boring actions begin to snowball into meaningful change.
We also talk about why you might need to embrace the boring parts of personal growth the everyday habits, the consistent choices, and the simple actions that don’t always feel exciting but eventually become your new normal.
Because becoming the version of yourself who lives the life you’re calling in isn’t just about visualising your future or feeling inspired by who you could become. It’s about learning to embody that version of yourself through the choices you make today.
✨ In this episode, we cover:
If you’ve been feeling frustrated with yourself for not being further ahead, constantly planning your next chapter but struggling to take action, or wondering why you keep falling back into old patterns, let this be your reminder: you don’t need to do everything today. You just need to start with one thing.
You don’t have to become the person who has it all figured out overnight. You simply have to start showing up as that person in the small decisions you make every day.
The life you’re calling in is built through the actions you’re willing to repeat, not just the changes you dream about making.

Thanks for being here:)
You made the vision board. You've done the visualising, the scripting, the gratitude practice, all of it. And some of it has worked. So why does your actual life still not look like the board?
Here's what I'm saying in this episode: manifesting the picture is not the same as manifesting the life. Your vision board is working. That was never the problem. A picture is a moment. A life is a decision and commitment. And almost nobody teaches you the part in between.
I was really good at manifesting. Right up until everything I knew stopped working. What I learned on the other side of that is exactly what I help women through now, and it's why I'm not here to help anyone make a just another vision board with pretty pictures. I'm here to help you build the life that's on it.
If you feel like you're good at manifesting but can never really hold onto the life you want or keep what you have so it's become this cycle of receive and lose this is your episode.
In this episode:
Why the vision board is the the surface level part, and what living it actually costs you
The decision sitting underneath every life you've wanted and not had yet
How your RAS is already bringing you the opportunities, and what decides whether you take them or talk yourself out of them
Why your beliefs, not your methods, set the ceiling on what you're able to receive
How to rebuild your vision board as an identity instead of a wish list
This one is for the woman who believes in all of it, who has done the work, and who is frustrated that her real life hasn't caught up yet.
1:1 coaching for the woman who already knows what she wants and is done waiting to feel ready. Dm me on instagram or find out more here: https://www.hopeflawse.com/1-1-coaching

Feeling behind in life is not proof you're failing. It's a comparison of where you are vs where you want to be.
In this episode I'm breaking down the gap between where you are and where you want to be, why your brain is actively working to keep you exactly where you are, and how to close it one step at a time instead of trying to leap five steps at once.
And then the part almost nobody in manifestation teaches: how to actually hold the life you're building and how to build the strongest foundation so you can keep the life you've built for good. Calling it in is the easy part. Keeping it is the work.
You already know what needs to change. You've known for a while. The problem isn't clarity, it's that you don't love how the answer sounds.
In this episode I'm walking you through a couple of questions that will get you to the decision you've been circling, plus the thing nobody warns you about.... the moment you decide, a temptation of shiny treats shows up, the temptation appears, the free freshly baked perfectly chocolatey chip cookies show up at your door looking really, really good.
We cover:
· Why a decision changes your trajectory more than a routine does
· The questions that surface the answer you already have
· Why distractions arrive AFTER you commit, not before
· How to be your own boss

What if you treated your energy the way you treat a bank account?
In this episode I'm breaking down how to become an energetic match to your desires by valuing your energy with the same high regard you'd give your money. Every time you invest your energy into what actually brings you energy, you're making a deposit, and your account grows.
Every time you spend your energy on people, places, and things that drain you, you're making a withdrawal, whether you realize it or not. And where focus goes, energy flows, so what you keep giving your energy to is exactly what keeps showing up in your life.
This one is for you if you've been struggling to even admit what you actually want, out of fear of being judged for wanting it. Your energy is the most influential thing you have. It shapes the rooms you walk into, it shapes your life, and it shapes what you desire, because it decides what you actually become a match for. This episode is an invitation to take an honest look at where you've been spending energy you can't afford to lose, and where the people, places, and things in your life have been withdrawing from an account you never even knew you were keeping.
If you feel like you're standing in the darkest period of your life right now, no visible growth, no light, everything around you feeling dark and dead, this episode is for you. This is my dark night of the soul story, and I'm telling it in relation the movie the lion king as I was obsessed with this movie as a kid and im begging to think this is why.
I talk about the hyenas as my ego, laughing at me for ever thinking I could step into the fullest, biggest, most expansive version of myself. The thoughts that ran the show during my darkest period of life like you're a failure, you're an idiot, this is embarrassing, don't let anyone see you like this. I talk about the Timons and Pumbaas in your life, the friends who are positive but comfortable, who love you but will keep you caged inside comfort and what they believe is possible for you, versus the real ones who challenge you to rise and take your power back. I talk about Scar as your old identity, hanging on by a toenail, and the moment you decide to tell it to go, forgive it for the pain and the darkness it put you through, and release it for good. And I talk about the self-reflection that comes from being in these dark moments that you don't always get to witness without the dark. When you can finally see yourself for everything you actually are, and the glimmers, the lights, the voice and guide (call it God, call it your higher self) that only shows up when the noise finally stops, and that's there to show you the next step.
Wherever you are in your own dark night of the soul, you are not stuck there. You are being cracked open to expand.

Ever feel like life keeps testing you? In this episode of I'll Keep You Wild, I'm sharing a powerful mindset and manifestation reframe: you're not being tested, you're being handed an opportunity.
When old patterns and old identities resurface, it can feel like a test you have to pass. But that framing keeps you stuck in the same cycle. In this episode I walk through how shifting into a new identity turns those moments into opportunities, and how choosing differently in that moment lets you feel what it's like to show up as your best self. I also talk about a truth that changes everything once you get it: you get what you are, not what you want.

One year ago, Kayla Lyall heard the words no one ever expects to hear in their twenties: it's cancer.
Today, she's cancer-free.
In this episode, Kayla Lyall joins me for one of the most honest conversations we've ever had on the podcast. There are no clichés, no sugar-coating, and no pretending to have all the answers. Instead, she shares what it's actually like to receive a life-changing diagnosis before turning 30, navigate chemotherapy, advocate for yourself when something doesn't feel right, and live your life with cancer and rebuilding it after.
If you've come across Kayla's message that "hot girls get cancer too," you'll know she's passionate about reminding people that illness doesn't always look the way we expect. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is trust your intuition, ask more questions, and keep advocating for your own health.
We talk about the support that mattered most, how her relationship with her body completely transformed, and the mindset that carried her through a season where so much felt outside of her control. We also dive into how her definition of success shifted from chasing titles and achievement to creating a life that actually feels meaningful.
One of the most beautiful moments in our conversation is when Kayla shares that during treatment she wrote a list of everything she wished she would have done if she didn't make it through. Now, one year cancer-free, she's slowly bringing that list to life. She started creating content, chose experiences over expectations, and recently quit her job to travel, proof that sometimes our hardest chapters become the catalyst for finally living the life we've been called to.
This episode is filled with laughter, vulnerability, perspective, and the kind of honesty that only comes from someone who's lived through the unimaginable. As Kayla says, sometimes you laugh because the alternative is to cry.
Whether you're navigating cancer yourself, supporting someone you love, waiting for answers, or simply looking for a reminder that life is precious, I hope this conversation leaves you feeling a little less alone and a little more inspired.
In this episode, we discuss:
• What it's really like being diagnosed with cancer before turning 30
• Why advocating for yourself and trusting your instincts matters
• Life during chemotherapy and how to still find moments of joy
• The mindset that helped Kayla through uncertainty
• The support that made the biggest difference
• Redefining success after a life-changing diagnosis
• Why she made a "life list" during treatment and how she's living it today
Thank you, Kayla, for sharing your heart so openly. Your courage, humour, honesty, truth and authenticity will help more people than you'll ever know.
I also share that one of my friends, Jake, was recently diagnosed with throat cancer ( esophageal adenocarcinoma) If you're able to support him, anything helps.

What if the key to feeling better wasn't doing more but learning how to support your body differently?
In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Meg, founder of Wise Moves with Meg, movement educator, and advocate for sustainable wellness, to explore the connection between nervous system regulation, cortisol, chronic stress, autoimmune disease, and healing through intentional movement.
After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at just 13 years old, Meg's life took a path she never expected. What began as a personal journey navigating chronic pain, inflammation, and uncertainty eventually became her life's work: helping others reconnect with their bodies, manage pain, regulate their nervous systems, and build a healthier relationship with movement.
Together, we unpack the pressure many women feel to push harder, exercise more, and constantly optimize their health and why that approach can often backfire, especially for those living with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, burnout, or elevated stress levels.
Whether you're navigating an autoimmune diagnosis, feeling stuck in a cycle of stress and exhaustion, or simply looking for a more nourishing approach to wellness, this episode offers both practical tools and a powerful reminder that healing doesn't have to come from an all-or-nothing mindset.
In this episode, we discuss:
• Meg's journey of being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 13
• Living with autoimmune disease and chronic pain
• Nervous system regulation and why it matters for healing
• The connection between cortisol, stress, inflammation, and overall health
• Why high-intensity workouts aren't always the answer
• The rise of Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement practices
• Building a sustainable fitness routine without burnout
• Pain management strategies that support long-term wellness
• Letting go of perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking
• Learning to work with your body instead of against it
• How movement can become a tool for healing, resilience, and self-trust
This conversation is especially for you if:
✓ You're living with an autoimmune disease or chronic illness
✓ You've been told to "push through" despite feeling exhausted
✓ You're struggling with inflammation, stress, or burnout
✓ You want to understand the role of the nervous system in healing
✓ You're looking for a gentler, more sustainable approach to movement
✓ You want to feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to your body
