Jets forward Morgan Barron spoke about skate at hfac. He was asked if he's come back with a "chip on his shoulder" after last season's result, continuing the momentum after he had best individual season of his career, more competition for spots this season, importance of team building following end of pre-season and ahead of the regular season, benefit of a more spread out schedule, what he's seen from the Jets captain, and more.
Following a skate this morning at hfac, we hear from Jets defenceman Dylan Samberg spoke about what he did to make himself better during the summer, details going into players "holding the line", what he's liked about Mario Ferraro joining the group, the team having a solid structure/system, does he watch a lot of playoff hockey, impact by the Manitoba time change on his family in Minnesota and he and Neal Pionk getting back to their shutdown best.
