In this episode, we discuss the aftermath of nights 1 and 2 (spoilers ahoy) and then offer a spoiler free recommendation for which matches are worth your time from nights 3 and 4. 

Every year New Japan Pro Wrestling brings 20 of the world's top wrestlers together, divides them into two blocks of ten a piece, and then unleashes carnage in a round robin tournament. The winner of A Block faces the winner of B block for an opportunity to compete for the IWGP championship at the biggest show of the year.

The tournament can be overwhelming—both for the wrestlers, forced to endure nine fast-paced hard hitting bouts in the span of a few weeks, and for fans, who struggle to find the time to watch what are essentially 18 pay-per-view caliber shows in a single calendar month.

Jonathan traveled to Milwaukee for MLW and NXT put its best foot forward—but nothing could match the majesty of 6/3/94 or New Japan's Best of the Super Juniors Final. Twenty five years ago Mitsuharu Misawa and Toshiaki Kawada had one of the best matches in wrestling history. Earlier this week, Shingo Takagi and Will Ospreay took their own swing for the fences.
