Episode one consists of an introduction and a few hits on mental health as well as just everyday things.Excuse the length. We had a few audio issues, and it wasn't as well kept on track as I wanted it to be.Episode 2 should be up next week and hopefully by then we've figured out audio levels and can keep ourselves a bit more on track.
