Distance is super important in order to grow, it's not as scary as you think. 

Getting into the gym can be overwhelming; Whether that's because you don't know where to start or what to do, in this episode I go over what I did to get started: diet plans, finding an atmosphere, and cutting out unhealthy relationships. I hope my advice and steps can influence to get started on the things you want to do and to focus on you. The year of you.
