On today’s episode, I share about what my year end review has looked like in the past, and what it is going to look like this year.

In previous years, this is what I would do.

*Look through old journals, notes, pictures

*Look for common themes

*What do I want to leave in 2022?

*What no longer serves me?

*What do I want to celebrate?

*How did I show up in 2022?

*How do I want to show up in 2023?

*What are some experiences and goals I want to work on in 2023?

This year, I am feeling like I don’t want to spend as much time looking back and want to focus instead on releasing what needs to stay here and focus more on what is coming in the year ahead.
