On today's episode, we are talking about finding your own answers. We tend to think that someone else has our answers and that we should look for them outside of ourselves. I disagree. I truly believe that you have all of your answers, but you have forgotten or been conditioned out of asking yourself what you really want.

I share how I still tend to ask for permission from others in regards to specific directions and answers that I am looking for. If you find yourself doing that, you are not alone.
