On today's episode, I am talking about the power of choice. A recent client said these words about a choice she had made.

"I feel SO free to make this choice for me."

Isn't that powerful? When we make choices that are in alignment with who we are and what we want, it does feel very freeing. It incorporates what I talk about on this podcast and in my coaching. Allowing yourself to do something simply because you want to and because it is coming from a place of true choice.
