This podcast is taken from a webinar held on 22 April 2021 which discusses the advantages and appeal of the Irish Investment Limited Partnership (ILP) as an AIFMD-compliant, EU domiciled common law partnership which will help to position Ireland as a leading centre for closed-ended AIFs, especially in the private funds and sustainable finance space. The panel will outline the formation of the ILP and how Ireland is uniquely placed for private fund market entrants to use as a domicile for European capital raises. The panel will also discuss the new Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund structure (LPF) and the different options and access points both the ILP and LPF present for asset managers.
Thanks to the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association for their support for the webinar.
