Why I'm a coach who hates many things about the coaching industry.

I wasn't born yesterday (that's one of my favourite bluey episodes, in case your wondering). I've been around long enough now that I'm confident in myself and the fact I know my shit. Thirteen years as a business owner, six years coaching and experience in many different fields. It's enough that I trust my gut, and I'm not afraid to stand up and say, "we can do better", especially when it comes to the coaching industry.

In this episode, I will dive into some of the red flags I see in the coaching industry, specifically business coaching and the psychology of toxic marketing that's become SOOO commonplace.

And speaking about this publically is going to piss a few people off, but fuck it, it's 2022 bitches, and now is the time to clear out the weeds so the flowers can bloom.

It's not about calling out specific people or tactics. It's about beginning a conversation, increasing awareness and teaching people how to identify a red flag for themself so they can use critical thinking to make decisions about investments and coaching.
