Plus, Ilana shares a hilarious and vulnerable shame story about how at the precise moment that she finally thought she had left her gullible, messy teenaged ways behind her and was living her best and savviest adult life...she was duped by some evil internet scammers, careening her into questioning EVERYTHING.
