Laura finds herself in Sleepy Eye assisting with the clean-up of the new school for the Blind, where she bumps into Almanzo after his long absence. It's not the reunion either of them was anticipating. Meanwhile in Walnut Grove, Caroline's Restaurant and Hotel is doing wonderful business while Percival is doing amazing work with Nellie. And Nellie is busy hiding her true feelings for Percival. Trying to prove his love, Almanzo takes on a second job to secretly help with the new school for the blind. However, this leads to burn out and a case of pneumonia. Finding the truth out, Laura confesses her feelings once again...only to be out shined when Nellie also confesses her own feelings for love. Almanzo, Manny, Manly, Zaldamo, Alamanzy...how many names does one man need? Will the new School for the Blind in Sleepy Eye be hiring more staff? Where are the newlyweds going to live?
