When people ask you how you are doing, is your knee jerk answer "I'm fine!" even when you're really not?

Pretending to be strong when you're not feeling it, is sometimes a great strategy. 
However, if it's your ONLY strategy it will lead to one guaranteed end point; burnout.

In this episode I explore the power of 'I'm fine' as well as the dangers of it. You'll of course also get a quick wind down technique at the beginning and a strategy at the end.
