In my wellbeing workshops for organisations, I've seen a huge change as a result of working from home.
So many employers used to be nervous of allowing people to work anywhere they couldn't keep an eye on them. Now that so many people are still working from home, checking whether they're working hard enough isn't the issue.
The more pressing and serious issue is that they're working too hard.
In this podcast we explore why people are working too hard, the negative consequences of it and what to do about it.
Burnout from home is almost the next pandemic.
