Hey everyone and thanks for checking out Episode 20 of my IM Gaming podcast. Yes, the COVID-19 quarantine is on everyone's mind right now so I took the time to make a short episode on why I believe you should invest time and effort into learning to do a thing you otherwise hate doing, but still needed it in your game dev or gaming content creation venture.

Hi everyone and thanks for checking out the 19th episode of the IM gaming podcast. Here is a step by step guide how to turn your story into a video game. First, you need to learn to program. Now, regular programing is hard but you need to learn Twine. Basically, it’s a process of multiple linking and narrative branching. It is super simple to learn.
You then need to gamify things by adding interactions. Multiple endings is the easiest way, but there are many more, like linking to outside sources, importing graphics and so forth. Once made you need to make a profile on Itch.io where you can upload your game. It is as simple as that!

Hey everyone, in this episode of IM Gaming podcast I'm talking about something that is slowly impacting all of us - the Coronavuris disease (COVID-19) pandemic. While most of us have questions like what is coronavirus or what are the coronavirus symptoms, including any updates and news about the virus, I believe we should all get our info from the World Health Organization. Furthermore, I believe that we should all propagate the same information on our platforms, no matter what they are. This goes not just for questions like what coronavirus is, but also anything else that WHO deems important. I believe that this is in the interest of not just ourselves but for everyone around us as well.

Hey everyone, thanks for dropping by the latest IM Gaming podcast episode! For episode 17 I’m talking about the concept of feeding the beast! This a bit pompous term is actually a smart marketing principle where anyone with a product needs to provide the beast - which can be a search algorithm, audience, followers or anything else - with content and effort. The same then allows for a range of benefits to appear. The first time I heard about the idea of feeding the beast was in terms of promoting books on Amazon Kindle, but here I expand upon it further to many different domains of the creative industries.

Hey everyone, thanks for swinging by the latest IM Gaming podcast episode! For episode 16 I went all out and did entire research (with statistics and everything) to try and help indie game developers who are promoting their games on Twitter.
Twitter's official best practices guide suggests using no more than two hashtags. Reality kind of disagrees with that and I did a bit of research to showcase from actual successful tweet what is the optimal number of hashtags connected with tweets that include the #indiegame hashtag.

Hey everyone, thank you so much for tuning in for the new episode of my IM Gaming podcast! In the 15th rendition, I'm talking about a tweet I had recently that somehow managed to become liked and retweeted, ending up with over 540 likes and 70 or so RTs (my equivalent of a viral tweet). In it, I made a dumb joke about Deadpool and his upcoming appearance in Fortnite, but the same resonated with two opposite groups of people. Naturally, being that I am who I am, I also tried my best to use the same to my advantage. Liste to what the actual results ended up being and what did I learn from all of this.

Hey everyone, thanks for swinging by the latest IM Gaming podcast episode! In this 14th episode I’m talking about treating your social media accounts as a form of savings - it might not pay off immediately, but with regular social media management (which doesn’t have to be huge), it will rarely let you down.

Hey everyone, thanks for swinging by the latest IM Gaming podcast episode! In this 13th rendition of the podcast, I’m talking about the problem of choosing between more exposure or a bigger profit cut when you want to sell any kind of digital content creation.
This content can be a video game, online course, digital art, ebooks or anything else. I also argue that one of these is essential for anyone who is just starting with the same process and why everyone needs to examine this dilemma carefully before deciding on a partner in this distribution domain.

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my latest IM Gaming podcast episode! When you have a creative venture of any kind - content creation hub, developing game, or anything else - you will come into contact with interested individuals. Some of these will be negative and hostile. Most likely a few of them will be trolls. Instead of lashing out during online arguments, try using A.B.K - always be kind.
