Happy Black People Month!!

In honor of this day being the last day of Black Heritage Month, I decided to do a special episode for my Black community. I am so honored to have Brother Jeff as a guest on this episode, as we got really deep on what it truly means to embody ‘Blackness’. This episode emphasizes the beauty & power of knowing thyself & honoring thyself for what has always been. Brother Jeff speaks about the ways how we as Black individuals can embrace our Blackness by understanding the root of our identity. Blackness is more than a color, as it is an identity that is rich. Once you understand that, nobody can take that power away from you!
