Happy New Year soul gang!
Let's ease into January by being kind to ourselves whilst we hustle for our dream future. Life is a balancing act, we get it! So Katrina has returned to the podcast to drop some gems, about business, switching careers, mental health and motherhood. 

The conversation was great, and we could not believe three years had passed since she had originally appeared on the show. Katrina is insightful and reflective and everything flowed so well that I split it into two parts so that we did not need to rush the rest of the topics.
