There have been some conversations surrounding the Da'Naia Jackson and Derrick Jaxon cheating story that has troubled me. What does how we judge other women/ how we speak about other women say about us as individuals? What did I learn from this trending topic and how it applies to sisterhood?

Have you ever heard someone say, "I don't usually mess with females" in regards to forming friendships with other women? Why do some women feel this way? Is sisterhood as transformative as we believe it to be? Or is it all just hype?  This podcast is an ode to sisterhood, BIPOC sisterhood. 

We are going to do more than write a love letter to sisterhood. We will challenge sisterhood and deconstruct it. Let's take a  journey through sisterhood together while holding it accountable. Let's invite those who have felt like they were on the outside of sisterhood into the sisterhood.
