Hormones are one of those things we all know we should probably understand… but where do you even start?
This week, I’m joined by women’s hormone health practitioner Angela Ferguson, Naturopath and Gut Health specialist, from Freya Clinic to break it all down without the overwhelm. We’re talking what your hormones are actually doing, the signs to pay attention to, the myths we need to stop believing, and the simple, affordable things you can do to start supporting them.
Grab a pen and paper because it's time to take notes!

I’m engaged!
In this episode, I’m sharing my full engagement story and proposal story, my engagement ring, how I knew he was the one, and what I’ve learned about dating and relationships after six years together.
We’re talking about how to know when you’re ready to get engaged, dating advice for women in their twenties, choosing the right partner, long-term relationships, engagement expectations and what happens after the proposal. I also share the spiritual signs and synchronicities surrounding my engagement and what those signs meant to me.
Plus, we get into wedding planning: our first wedding ideas, what we’re planning so far and the reality of becoming a fiancée at 29.

I'M BACK & I MISSED YOU! ✨ It’s officially autumn reset season but instead of completely rebranding our lives, I think we're in need of a little self-service.
After the best (and most chaotic) summer, I’ve been craving routine, structure and honestly just feeling like I have my life together again. But between coming back to work, feeling overwhelmed and social media making me question whether I’m doing enough, I realised maybe I don’t need to become a whole new person, I just need to come back to myself.
In this episode, we’re chatting about feeling behind in your 20s, social media comparison, getting out of a rut, rebuilding your routine and my little “self-service” for figuring out which areas of your life might need some TLC.
Consider this your sign to stop chasing the perfect version of your life and start looking after the one you already have 🤎

Let’s talk about self-worth, external validation and why we’re so quick to measure our value by our career, success, appearance and what other people think of us.
In this episode, I’m talking about social media comparison, feeling behind, going through a “flop era” and learning to separate who you are from how well you think you’re doing. Because your circumstances can change without your worth changing with them. *snaps for that*

This week, we’re talking about the weird identity crisis that is your 20s.
Friendships changing, protecting your energy, realising how much the people around you affect the way you feel… and the slightly overwhelming feeling that there are about 700 different lives you could live.
Because how are you supposed to “choose a life” when one minute you want to move abroad, the next you want to settle down, then you see someone living in a cottage in the countryside and suddenly that’s your calling?
We get into over-romanticising other people’s lives, the fear that choosing one path means losing all the others, and why sometimes the best indicator of whether someone belongs in your life is simply how you feel after spending time with them.
Basically: friendship, identity, the paradox of choice and trying to work out what you actually want underneath all the noise.
Just a girl trying to pick a life without romanticising another one five minutes later. x

In this episode of I’m Just a Girl, I’m joined by Bailey, founder of 108 Studio, to talk about what happens when you stop trying to appeal to everyone and start showing up as yourself.
We get into how Bailey built 108 into a community with an almost cult-like following, why authenticity has played such a huge part in its success, and what creating a brand that people genuinely want to belong to has taught her about connection. But this conversation goes way beyond business.
We talk about making friends as an adult, finding your people, putting yourself out there when it feels uncomfortable, and why the more confidently you become yourself, the easier it becomes for the right people to find you.
From building communities to navigating friendships, embracing the cringe and learning to care a little less about what everyone else thinks, this is a conversation about having the confidence to take up space as exactly who you are.
Because maybe finding your people starts with letting them actually see you.

Sometimes getting the life you want means giving something else up first.
In this episode, I’m catching you up on life lately, from my trip to Lisbon, to my thoughts on turning 29, to reflecting on moving home from Australia and one of the biggest things I’ve realised since: nothing good comes without a little sacrifice.
And I know “sacrifice” sounds very dramatic, but sometimes it’s as simple as saying no to one thing so you can say yes to something you want more.
We’re talking about moving home, travelling, money, relationships, big life decisions and those weird moments in your 20s where you realise you probably can’t have everything, all at once.
Because maybe getting what you want isn’t about manifesting harder or waiting for everything to perfectly fall into place, maybe it’s about deciding what matters enough to make the trade-off for.

In this first episode, I'm sharing why I started this podcast just before turning 30, why I stopped waiting for the "perfect" time, and why I think so many of us feel like we're falling behind.
We're talking about the pressure of your late twenties, life timelines, comparison, and the mindset shift that's helped me finally start creating a life on my own terms.
