Josh Howerton's popular Live Free podcast took up the subject of how to decide for whom to vote, when one candidate has character issues and the other has policy problems. The particular race in question is the Texas Senate race between Democrat James Talarico and Republican Ken Paxton. 

Howerton reaches one particular conclusion, but I beg to offer a different one.
