An accusation & interpretation of the Don’t Ask Don’t tell Policy would lead to her being forced to retire earlier than expected.Countless pleas, reports of mistreatment and a Congressional would not help her maintain her impeccable career or give her the benefit of the doubt. For years she fought for what she knew was right, what she knew she deserved to right a wrong to no avail…
But the story doesn't begin or end there.
CMSgt Tijuana “TJ” Hannibal, the Highly qualified Executive Manager offering more than 30 years of Project Management, Operations Management, and Consulting experience within various industries to include Military/Federal Law, Education/Instruction, Security Forces, Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, Military Protocol/Compliance, Human Relations, Public Administration, and Emergency Management.
Unfortunately her numerous accomplishments are at times over shadowed by her well known Military story.
Chief Hannibal’s “high profile” Military experience, includes her release from active duty service in the Air Force under the don’t ask don’t tell policy. The accusations, trauma, shame & lessons learned through this process surely has helped to shape the resilient woman and leader she is today. But there’s always more to someone’s story, and she is willing to share it all!
