Discover a hero in your backyard. Adrienne Blair of @AdrienneBlairXO started a foundation in her dining room to say “Thank You” and provide masks to our frontline and essential workers. Her and her sweet mother have sewn over 700 masks, delivered them to hospitals in the area and homes of the hardworking personnel who are keeping our country alive as well as keeping our grocery stores open.  DoorStepDrop came from a deep rooted desire to serve and help. The isolation of going through infertility and loss is so tremendous it can bury you. I’ve struggled, and today I was able to have my beautiful and sweet friend Brittany Vasseur of Vasseur Beauty here with us. Today we spoke of loss, infertility, and actual miracles. She opened up her heart to share about her experience overcoming infertility and making some truly amazing and simple changes to have her miracle pregnancy. I was absolutely shocked to hear what worked for her and how important these small changes were for helping her get pregnant how they helped her body maintain her pregnancy. Going into all the details of my trip from Dulles International Airport to Atlanta GA on March 5, 2020. Seeing the normally bustling airports nearly like ghost towns was quite shocking. No matter how you feel about a possible Pandemic (Which this has been declared by the WHO) it would take you aback to see. The feel of the air and the emotional state of so many of the passengers was different than I had seen before and I thought an episode was the perfect way to describe how it was. Coronavirus, Covid19, whatever table you decide to use, has, at least temporarily, severely impacted the USA and so many other countries.

Going into 2020 I see so many people picking a word or a resolution. My word for myself and for you is so simple it's possibly confusing. Enough. In the simple fact that you are enough. No more comparing. No more short changing yourself. No more seeking out peace from sources of anything but. You have enough. You are enough. You are worth enough. You love enough. You are worth of the space you occupy. So here's to 2020 and existing!

Going through trauma and pain gives us the opportunity to empathize and feel the pain of others. However we need to heal for that to happen.
