How can we claim we are present and offering our best version as dad and mom when we arent even willing to put our phone down?

white noise doesnt speak to you. Voices are heard. Use that gift to speak hope and love into the lives of others.

Dont ever be to ashamed to grow, to change and improve. It is absolutely ok to make mistakes, but we have to see the light.

Its just time. Your time of going through the motions has to end. You can keep lying to yourself and others or live a full life of truth. The rewards of that choice are greatly different.

It always matters. Doubt destroys, belief builds ....simply put. You must know what your watering everyday

Ease the pain from your day to day by just being aware of what it is your anticipating,expecting and predicting...... Often unknowingly

How often we justify that are logic/thinking is right and others are wrong. Save yourself the pain and the time by recognizing and accepting early on you cannot force a square peg into a round hole... and dammit thats OK.
