They wonder if the all important 'ask' for the money during the offer phase of starting at a new company is formula-driven, or if it comes from the heart.  As they researched the topic, they also learned about the term high value women (which comes from knowing your intrinsic value). Does that matter though?  If you want some tips for your next negotiation, this is their first (but hopefully not only) attempt at understanding how women ask (specifically!) for what they're actually worth in the workplace, when it comes to money.
