Although it wasn't my favorite Super Bowl, Kendrick did put on a good performance. As for the actual game and the commercials? Eh. Super Bowl commercials used to be epic. Not this year though. The Chiefs played the worst they have ever played this season (so I've been told). The Eagles took the championship and Jalen Hurts told us that "He is going to Disneyworld." Another Simple favor has found a home. Amazon has decided to pick up the movie after there were concerns from other studios who didn't want to work with Blake Lively. Jessica and Jessica (Simpson & Alba) both announced this week that they are separating from their husbands. The Mahomes family just got bigger. They welcomed their 3rd child on January 12th. Trisha Paytas has announced she is going on tour starting in February. Kim Kardashian is advocating for incarcerated firefighters, stating that they need to be paid more. They currently only make $26.50 for a 24 hour shift. A number of artists have come together for a benefit concert, FirAid. The proceeds will go towards the victims of the LA fires. Beyoncè is set to make an announcement on the 14th and everyone is speculating on what it could be. In my opinion it is a tour announcement. The Traitors season 3 has officially started and the stakes are even higher. Rumors are that Tom Holland and Zendaya are engaged. Amy Schumer has a new movie, Kinda Pregnant, coming out in February on Netflix. The energy drink company Alani has another celeb collaboration, this time with country singer Meghan Maroney. Her drink will taste like watermelons and lemons. It has been reported that Christopher Nolans newest movie will have a budget of $250 million, making it one of the most expensive movies ever made. Former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel posted a story on Tik Tok of how she went to the premier of "It Ends with Us", and how the vibes were so off that she left early. Cher told Jimmy Kimmel that she doesn't have a last name. She had her name legally changed to just "Cher." Camila Cabello has a new billionaire boyfriend. Good for her. It's hard to believe that 2024 is officially over. So many things happened in pop culture, from the rise of Chappell Roan and the bizarre pop up Willy Wonka experience. The Beyoncè Bowl had more viewers than the actual football game on Christmas Day, no surprise. I consumed the tv shows Landman and No Good Deed at alarmingly fast rates and you should too. Adam Sandler gave us a sneak peak at the new Happy Gilmore movie, coming to Netflix in 2025. Christopher Nolan has announced his newest movie he is working on, The Odyssey. Rumors are going around that Miss Worldwide, aka Due Lipa, is engaged to actor Callum Turner. Former president, Jimmy Carter, has passed away at the age of 100. Most people dream about being as good of person as he was. Gal Gadot posted on Instagram that she had a health scare during her 8th month of pregnancy. Just when we were just forgetting about the It Ends With Us drama, another stone was thrown. Blake Lively has filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. She's stating that he made the movie set toxic and she felt uncomfortable with things he was saying and doing to her. She also says she wasn't allowed to talk about the deeper meaning of the movie and was told to promote it as a rom com. In happier news, Paris Hilton's law was unanimously passed in Congress. The Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act is now headed to the President's desk. Grace O' Malley signs onto Alex Coopers network after her and Brianna told the world that their podcast was coming to an end. Rihanna had a great time at Mariah Carey's concert, especially when Mimi signed her boob. Filming for Stranger Things has officially ended. Some of the cast have been posting farewell posts about their time working on the world famous show. Rumor has it that Justin Bieber is going to drop a new single soon, followed by a new album. This time on the coveted shopping street 5th Avenue in New York City. She arrived in style, riding on a scooter because of an accident that left her with a broken foot. Even with a broken bone she looked stunning. The new American Psycho has been chosen. Elvis himself will play the role of Patrick Bateman. Obviously I'm not talking about the real Elvis and instead about Austin Butler. Let's hope he doesn't get too into method acting for this role. Friends has a new gameshow on MAX for the 30th anniversary and it is hosted by Whitney Cummings. Kris Jenner joined Kylie in modeling for the newest launch of KHY (Kylie's clothing brand).
