ok, so here is your warning. 

i talk about depression *tons, intrusive thoughts, suicide and things that just don't make sense in my head. there is also a lot of dead air, maybe i was doing it for the effect? 

all in all, guys, this was a whole ass brave girl moment for being as raw as i feel.
healing looks different for everyone, depression looks different for everyone. i'm just trying to my best to do what i can to get by.
