 ok, ok so the only person who will understand the title of today's episode is HB and that is ok but it is a little homage to her! love my bg the most! today i took it back to basics and went over a few q's of the day and even asked one for good measure!

ok, ok... so this was actually a quick little podcast I threw together, much different than what I usually do. this podcast is NOT edited, it was just recorded on the fly and all I did was add some background music and boom! uploaded!

ok, so here is your warning. 

i talk about depression *tons, intrusive thoughts, suicide and things that just don't make sense in my head. there is also a lot of dead air, maybe i was doing it for the effect? 

all in all, guys, this was a whole ass brave girl moment for being as raw as i feel.
healing looks different for everyone, depression looks different for everyone. i'm just trying to my best to do what i can to get by.

A few things to know, I had every intention to upload this Monday night, but life happens, and I didn't finish editing until this morning. Mi malo. White Castle actually means Taco Bell Cantina, not sure why I can't get my life together in the fast-food realm. I never actually talk about the jellybeans, but the kind I am OBSESSED with are the hard nerd kind, and they are BOMB af. (insert a bomb emoji here). "yesterday" means Sunday, and "tomorrow" means Tuesday.

whoa! not me creating a new episode just days since my last episode! Whoop whoop! Wow, I am coming off very aggressive with all of the exclamation points but idc, I am here for the excitement!
