Well, good morning friends. Today is July 15th and it's Tuesday. It's Tuesday. The, um, topic of conversation around these hear parts is still the Jeffrey Epstein files, and I can say that here because, um, well. Substack has not been owned or bent the knee to the fascist Trump regime yet. Uh, welcome to our shitty little podcast we call Activist Collective, where I jump on here and keep you kinda updated on what's going on.

Try to get you motivated to get out there and fight for your freedoms. Um, just last night, um. They held a vote to see if they would allow, uh, Ana's bill to make it to the floor. And the bill or the law, whatever it was they were trying to do, was to get all of the files the Jeffrey Epstein files released.

Um. And you will not be surprised to know that all of the Republicans in the committee voted it down and all of the Democrats in the committee voted for its release. Um, but because there are seven Republicans on that committee, it was voted new. Um, they will not be releasing the Epstein files or what they have of the Epstein files 'cause they believe, hey.

Trust Trump. He'll release it when it's time and he'll release what should be released. Um, I personally don't trust Donald Trump at all. The man can't make a decision, uh, to save his life without other people making that decision for him. Um, so that happened and it will not be released. Um, I hope that MAGA is.

Maybe learning from this. If, if this is something that Donald Trump would lie about, what else might Donald Trump have lied about? I mean, the list is quite literally endless. It's an endless list of lies. Um, his entire platform. Was based in a lie. Um, and so you're seeing that play out on a daily basis. He plans on, um, implementing 30% tariffs on our biggest trade partners, uh, starting August 1st, and I don't have.

Uh, really, I just, I don't believe that come August 1st, those tariffs will be in place. Um, and if they are not for long, for long, whoever calls and kisses his ass the most, well they'll, they'll see their, their tariffs lowered. And people will do this because they're, they're, they have to protect their country.

They have to protect their bottom line. And some people would rather kiss his ass. And see their, you know, their, their country do better. Um, and that's really shitty that he holds those, uh, those keys. It's really, really shitty.

Okay, so next up I want to talk about, um, Kerr County, Texas. That's where Camp Mystic is located in a flash flood zone. Uh, some things have come out, um, that the AP and the New York Times have reported, and that is first that somehow the owners of Camp Mystic were able to, uh, change their camp, lay within some flood zones, right?

And they were able to change the mapping to make the flood zone go around Camp Mystic. And then that mapping was approved. This probably lowered their insurance. Um, this probably, uh, made made it, you know, so that they could either raise tuition for camp campers, I don't know. But what it did was make their camp extremely liable.

They knew they were in a flood path, a dangerous flood path, and in order to make it look safer, they paid some motherfuckers and somebody in the government to change the flood path around to go around Camp Mystic. Even Camp Mystic never moved. The floodplain never moved. The lines they drew on the map did move.

Now those people need to be held accountable, right? But now let's, let's go back in time. To the point where, uh, Joe Biden passed the American Rescue Plan Act at arpa, and he released tens of millions of dollars to certain counties that needed new infrastructure. One of those counties was Kirk County for, um, flood and disaster planning and, and sirens and relief and all of that.

Okay. Now with this, they assumed that if they took the money, they would be mandated to take vaccines. They would be mandated to do their lockdowns. They thought that by taking this money, it was going to, uh. Make them beholden to the Biden administration, and I would like to show you this video, um, of some of the Kerr County residents basically threatening the city officials or the county officials not to take the ARPA funds or to use it for their intended purposes.

Now, from what I understand, um, they ended up taking those ARPA funds and, uh, delegating it to the sheriff's office. They somehow had some giant brilliant idea that if they used it for something else, I guess they wouldn't be beholden to whatever it is they thought they were beholden to. Um, and none of that was true.

None of that was true. They were paranoid. And it is the voters of Kerr County who are, um, the voters and the, um, elected officials who should be held accountable. They are backtracking, they are finding excuse after excuse. The first thing those f*****s did was they pointed the finger at the National Weather Service.

You saw the dude come out. He was like, you saw the news, right? You're the media. You heard the weather, you heard it. They didn't say this was coming. They did say it was coming. In fact, there was a warning the day before for you guys to, to f*****g split. And nobody did. Nobody did. And people in Texas, especially the people who live in Ke County, are pissed.

They're pissed that we're talking about it. Friends, they're pissed that we have the audacity, the goal. To call them out for their past actions, and to them I say kiss my entire ass. If you can run your mouth about gay people, if you can run your mouth about black people, if you can run your mouth about immigrants, if you can run your mouth about natural disasters in other places, then you don't get to tell people they can't talk about Kirk County Kiss my entire ass.

We're gonna talk about it and tell you people are all held accountable. You know, one lady stood up there, pointed the finger at those county officials and said she was gonna come after their assets. If she had to. Well, what if the people who have children in the that camp who died, what if they come after your assets?

Sherry? I think they should. I think they f*****g should.

So the Supreme Court, uh, ruled that Donald Trump was allowed to, um, lay off basically whoever he deemed, um, you know, no longer needed. So, um, you have Pam Bondi now laying off, uh, she's, she's climbing the ladder here with the numbers of people she's laying off. She's up to, I think 35 to 40 people in the DOJ who she claims was, um, you know, working for, um.

Oh my God, what's his name? Smith. Uh, the attorney who was going after Trump. Uh, so 35 people were just laid off in the DOJ more to come and the Supreme Court just ruled that Donald Trump could, uh, allow mass layoffs at the Department of Education. This will look it if your kid goes to summer school. Okay?

You know that last summer you paid maybe 10, 20, 50 bucks. This year, you probably paid closer to 300 bucks if you had to send your kid to what they call Head Start or summer school or whatever. Um, and I know this because our child is, uh, utilizes the summer school program because she needs it. Um, so you'll know that you guys are paying for that now, and anybody who can't pay for that, your child will fall behind you.

As the parent, you try to do the right thing, you give 'em the leg up. So that they can be ready for the next school year. And a lot of people could not do that this summer because this administration said, no more, we are not helping you. Um, so on top of that, the mass firings at, um, the Department of Education will, will be moving forward, prepare if you live in a low income area.

Um, prepare. Because a lot of these public schools rely on this funding. They rely on the things that depart the Department of Education provides, and those things will not be there. Those things will not be there. The.

So something that worries me greatly is the fact that this administration is putting, um, s advance in positions of power at the heads of, of places like nasa. Okay? All over the government. But specifically I wanna discuss nasa. NASA used to host on its website, national Climate Change or climate Assessments.

They will no longer be doing that. Mm-hmm. They said We have no legal obligation to host that data.

The 2023 reports highlight how climate change threatens health security and livelihoods. Okay. With marginalized communities facing a disproportionate risk, and the head of NASA now a Trumpy sycophant will no longer be hosting that data. It will also be harder to find that data because the people who investigate that use science to, um, see how climate is changing and affecting our weather and that sort of thing.

Uh, their, their budgets have been cut, slashed, or completely defunded. Um, so that's. That plays into a lot of things, um, not just weather related, but talking about putting sycophants in positions of power. You've got RFK who has the ability to now tell the, tell the country, oh, this one's bad for you, with absolutely no scientific data to back that up.

Or, um, you know, we're gonna get rid of this from your food, or We're gonna get rid of this because it's bad for you. This man has no. He has, he's not a scientist, he's not a doctor. He's none of those things, but he's making these across the board decisions for people just because he can. So when you go to look up data, is this data something you can trust?

I say no. I say no. You cannot trust these people. Right now it's looking like Cash Patel, the craziest motherfucker on planet Earth is the most sane dude in the government. He's the one who's calling out the b******t about, um, the Epstein files not being released. He is the one actually, um, investigating some crimes going on around the country while Pam Bondy sits on her ass and starts firing people who she thinks hurt to President's fee war.

I mean, unfucking real s**t is going on, and you can't trust anything that this government provides you. Not, not statistically, not, uh, you know. Weather related. Nothing. Not health related. Nothing can be trusted. We are in danger. Girl. We are in danger under the this administration, and if people don't wake up and start seeing it, their lives are going to be in danger as well.

And the people who I would hate to, and no, I don't hate to say it, the people who are in more danger are these Trumpy, MAGA cult red hat f*****s who believe and trust their lives in the hands of these people. They trust what they're saying. You and I, however, we don't trust them. So everything we do is going to be with caution.

Um, and we're going to, uh, make sure that everything we do is the best choice for our family, where they're just gonna jump in head first because this administration told them to, um, the big beautiful bill has already passed and now some of those things will hit immediately, but it's gonna take a few years before some of these things come into effect and.

They did that s**t on purpose because they wanted the worst of it to hit after the midterms. Speaking of midterms, um, I'm starting to believe less and less that we're actually going to have them. I don't know that we're actually going to have them, and I'm very worried for our country friends. I'm very worried.

Um, please make sure that you guys are talking. Talking to your family, talking to your neighbors, talking to your friends. Make sure that they know what's really going on in this country. Please make sure that everybody knows that most of this s**t could have been avoided. Most of this s**t could have been avoided.

Those kids didn't have to die. The people in the flood path didn't have to die.

People who are gonna lose their Medicaid, didn't have to lose their Medicaid because this administration f*****g promised you. They f*****g promised you Maga. They wouldn't touch Medicaid. They f*****g promised you multiple times and that's the first thing they went after. And this big, beautiful bill cutting Medicaid work requirements.

And I wanna remind you, in the nineties, I remember this in the nineties. They tried doing work requirements and I believe it was under Bill Clinton and that didn't work for s**t, it didn't work. They wanna put American workers in the fields picking, uh, these, uh, vegetables and fruits and things. And while I'm all for people pulling their own weight, these fat, lazy f*****g Americans are not getting their lazy asses in those hot fields and picking fruit and vegetables.

They're not going to do it. So what are you gonna do now? They're trying to lower the work requirement agent and, and they're, they're rolling back protections for kids. 'cause they, now, they, if, if the fat, lazy grownups won't do it, let's shove the kids in there. They have dainty little fingers. They can pick the strawberries.

I mean, crazy s**t is afoot and all we can do is sit back and watch it unfold. Make sure that you are taking care of things that need to be taken care of in the event that you need to split. And I do mean that I never in a million years thought the reality of having to flee our own country would be upon us.

But now it is. That reality is upon us friends. And if you're a member of the trans community, I wouldn't be here right now. If I was trans, I would've left. I would've fled for the border a long f*****g time ago. The way they're coming after the trans community and doctors who help trans people and youth is insane.

It's insane. It's unconscionable, it's immoral, it's illegal, it's unconstitutional. It's all the things, but there's nobody in any position of pro of power to protect you because they're all sycophants because they stole this m***********g election. I'm gonna say it 'cause I can say it here. They stole this f*****g election with the help of Russia, with the help of Palantir, with the help of starlink.

They fucked with this election. They didn't earn it. They didn't win it, they stole it. And keep that in mind. And if you don't believe me, please follow what the Election Truth Alliance is doing. Follow what Smart Elections is doing. They have data that will, oh, your jaw will drop when they, when you see the data that they have on these, on these states and in these counties.

One of the world's leading election fraud experts looked at the ETA's data and said, holy s**t. And then he went back and checked their work friends, he checked their work and he said, there is a 0% probability rate that she, or that this election wasn't fucked with 0% probability. That this election was not massively fucked with in a big way.

And all you have to do is look at the data, compare 2016 to 2024 and you'll see the most anomalous s**t you've ever seen. It's insane. And if we don't, if we don't make it known that we are onto them, the the midterms are in danger, girl in danger.

There's a reason these Republicans are, um, doing s**t that is career ending because they've been promised that their careers will not be ended. This administration, the people in power have promised them that they will be fine. So I hope that the Republicans who are starting to feel the pinch are, um, looking at this from a different view.

Farmers are fucked. People who are poor in red states are fucked single mothers. If you're an able-bodied single mother who has to stay home with her kids living on Medicaid with, uh, some sort of, you know, income from the feds, you're fucked. Honey, your snap benefits are cut. Your Medicaid is cut unless you go to work for 80 hours a month, uh, you're fucked and you voted for this b***h.

You f*****g voted for this. So don't turn around and be like, Biden, Biden, Biden. You f*****g voted for this, honey. You get, you deserve every bit of pain and suffering that comes to you. And I'm sorry, but your kids are gonna suffer alongside you because their mom and their dad is a f*****g tool. A moron, A dipshit who can't think for himself, who fell into cult mentality, who believed a f*****g lying grifting piece of s**t.

You f*****g believed that that unbelievable s**t provable f*****g lies. I won't touch Medicaid. I'm not coming for Medicaid or Medicare. Next on the chopping block, poor people's Medicaid go to work, honey. I don't know who's gonna watch your kids, but that's not my f*****g problem. I. Friends, pack your go bags.

Make sure that you have already applied for your um, passports, and make sure you are ready to jam if you have to jam L-G-B-T-Q community and trans community, um, and, and in the immigrant community. Be ready to jam. That's all I can say. Take care of your friends, take care of your, your loved ones. Keep talking, keep speaking out.
