We did all the fun touristy things but what we didn't expect was to witness a hit and run in Gastown, BC, involving a taxi driver and a cyclist. 

This is the story of what we saw that night and our experience with giving a statement to the police.

Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Some people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking.

In this episode I dive into my own experience with sleep paralysis, share stories of others experiences, as well as some strange dreams that stuck with me.
