Wow, what a conversation this was! Tyler was a member of the tragic accident that lost the lives of 16 beautiful souls. In this episode we talk about dealing with grief and struggling with mental health. Tyler is a modern day warrior with the amount of burden he has personally taken on from overcoming physical injuries to playing for the Humboldt Broncos again he truly epitomizes strength & growth. 

Mental Health is serious and should not be joked about, as Tyler says it is okay to not be okay. This rings true for all of us, we all struggle, we all have trauma and we are all capable of overcoming these struggles.
