Hi  👋🏻   It's Jennie, Your Wellness Coach - I'm struggling with my mom's death

My mom was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in June of 2021 and for someone to have it for a year is a long time. Mom is really struggling letting go of the physical world and Dad and I are really struggling watching her in this transition. 

It's getting harder and harder to watch. It's getting harder and harder to wear the "brave face." I know that I need support, therapy or some type of professional help after this event because what I have gone through has been mentally, emotional and physically taxing.
