This is an invitation, for discussions with other change makers, organizers, community tenders, healers, and visionaries on how we come together to do the important work that we have before us in ways that take power and inequity into their design. How does the fragility of privilege fit into our organizing structures? How is it accounted for? What does an boundaried approach to the unintended replication of power imbalances and systemic injustice in our emergent and autonomous communities and organizing spaces look like? What can we vision for the future? What is meaningful involvement and diffusion of leadership and how do they relate to tokenism, model minority expectations, burn out cycles and other signs of exploitation. How do we take care of ourselves and each other so we can show up our best to the work? What are we doing with our own eggs?
