Welcome to Imaginhero’s 60 Second Superpower series. Suitable for ages 8+, these are 1 minute guided meditations that help imagine superpowers that can be used to help manage anxiety and better deal with confrontation.

Each session teaches a meditation technique presented as a superpower. Whether that’s freezing fear in its tracks, calming yourself when you feel anxiety rise, or creating a shield to block other people’s negativity.
