Medications are helping but what else do I need to do? I feel I don't have the strategies to make good use of a brain that is now able to do things! Step 1: Listen to my therapist and try to do what she said!!

The speedy (non rambly) version of the kids being diagnosed with ADHD as well as ASD and me following up on suppirting my own needs....to better to support theirs! The start of getting my act together.....finally.

Can I refrain from 'the ramble' and manage to share our 6 diagnostic stories in under 15 minutes? Is there a prize if I can? I'll accept cake, thanks!
