We know what Leadership is; In-fact, we are being told at every turn. 

What is not leadership however is less discussed and this action are stuck in the subconscious of many - thinking leaders are made and not born.  

If we have it at the back of our minds that we are a born leader we will be willing to take the lead and take up leadership positions.

The myth of leadership creates a rank-based culture where the leaders possess special privilege to speak and the followers possess an unreciprocated obligation to listen; where the leaders are entitled to monopolize information, control decision-making, and command obedience, thus establishing a culture of secrecy and limitations.

 Listen and unlearn subconsciously what is not leadership to birth a new style of leadership.
