The Power of the Word and Blessing of Creation

Healing

There is something you must carry out this year. It’s not that it’s been done incorrectly, but we’ve set date for camp and we’ve gone out. There are times we hold conferences and go into that field. I’m not saying that it is bad or wrong. But now you must lead the believers into new sort of camp. So what is this “different” type of camp? This is what I would do if I were to go back in time, but I would set one specific location and go in for a year. There is a vast difference between abrupting somebody and meeting with them throughout the year. Now if we suddenly go into camp, all of the sudden works begin to arise. We may be shocked by that. But with a passage of time, fruits that bear as a result is very small. Because they are very few, later on, we have converse taking place in life. We need to do that as well, realistically we have to be centered around church pastors and need to go into the field next year. This is the same overseas as well. Then let’s take a look at the Bible.

Three Sabbaths. For three months, for two years. This also comes out in Acts 19 as well as Acts 28. It’s full force entering into this. Within that, many great answers abound. So of course, we’ll see fruits, but also see we’ll see a multitude of answers as well. That’s very important. It doesn’t matter what kind of work you are in. So no matter what kind of situation it is, it does not matter. What’s more important is fruits and evangelism bear but the individuals start to receive strength and all the believers also gain strength. What’s even more important is that the fruits that bear are great in number. You must catch hold of that and you must share with others. Even if you don’t research deeply, it is possible. So for example, I was going out to many different fields and I began to penetrate into industrial complexes. So I call the pastors like Pastor Baek Wonnkyu and told him to go into the field next year. He caught on and he got a job there. If there was no opposition arose in the region of Busan (southern part of South Korea, seaport region), a great works would have continued to arise in the factory. Actually, there was a church right next to the company complex that was operated by Pastor Chang. He was angry and enraged that all the believers went to this regional church. I’ll give you another example. It’d be great if I go out and evangelize, but there are people who want to evangelize. Moreso than they do not want to evangelize, but they are not fully prepared to evangelize. And when these people go into camp, of course, they experience these works to arise many times, but when they actually go into camp, of course, they can experience these works to arise at the same time. There are many times they experience what is detrimental unto them.

So what’s important for that timeframe of that, if we continue to do this at that time, we see these tremendous works to arise. Then what should we do if we want to carry out? It means that God has to prepare my vessels as well. So until now, the camps are not wrong or they have not gone bad, but we’ve abruptly have gone in and lead them to accept Jesus and say “come to our church”. But now, we must sincerely pray and we must receive real answers to prayers. This year, there is something for you to share the message. So now, for our evangelism, what Reverend Hwang can do is instead of finding legal dispute matters, but finding the field in that city and pastors and church officers find the church. That is evangelism. You don’t even need a building for that. You don’t even need to spend a lot of time and money. Then teams that do only evangelism will gather there. If you continue to do this for over a year, a tremendous thing will happen. But with one small mistake, we may waste all of our time and waste all our money and do not have realistic fruits bear. So that’s most frustrating. Anyone could do this. Just wait and see.

I am not the type of person who can go and start to speak with people. I am that type of personality, even if I am at one place, I won’t even speak a word. So it is hard for me to go somewhere and speak with people. I went to Dongah university for a year and I saw a tremendous answer of “system”. I received so much grace from that. It’s precisely that. So for about a few months, I went into the field and core members in the field are inside of this ministry. I received grace from that. I continued the evangelism movement and Word movement for a very long time to a set particular field and hundreds of disciples arose. Those disciples are now adults and they are continuing the ministry. How important is that? So it’s this.

There are three purposes. The reason why we are doing this. So that you can make everyone hear. That is our goal and that is God’s plan. And what else? So they can hear the accurate Gospel. How can you know that you can receive the Gospel or “you need to accept Jesus and you need to come to church”? With this, you must end ministry. Help them to follow works of the Word and continue the ministry. In some ways, you don’t need your region or you don’t even need disciples. Just follow the works of the Word. Only then you can go out into the other field. There are so many countless answers to that. People in the world say that “we need money, but if there is growth and revival, that is the simple matter altogether”. If you have church growth in your own churches, you don’t even need to worry about these matters. If there is no growth in the church, we will always be consumed by the worries. This is what happens to the people.

That’s not a concern if your church revives and full growth arises in the church, this is what we need to focus on this year. To what extent is that goal? How must we gather? We must make it to the point all people can hear. So they can hear the Gospel accurately. And among the many people who are saved, you must help them to follow the Word. Then in order to see how must we do this and pursue this?

It’s not evangelism Paul began with. How important is that? Only then you can understand Acts chapter 4 – compelled by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit leads them to meet. The place the Holy Spirit leads. How can we find that? That’s why Paul first began to do first. Not evangelism but fasting instead. This does not mean to have fasting prayer. But as a result of this, amazing answer coming to hear the Gospel took place. Acts 17 – three Sabbaths. Acts 16, even when the doors closed, even that is the camp. Even inside of that, the answers come. If we don’t do this and fruits don’t bear, we get so discouraged. But if you do this and fruits don’t bear, you will still be in strength. Acts 18- says every Sabbath. So he was continuously going in and for two years. These kinds of answers come out. Make everyone hear. So make a plan and instruct someone to do this so that this can take place.

What is the greatest answer of all? The works of life. All people will be revived through this. And inside of that, the accurate Gospel. Mt.Calvary, the Mount of Olives and Mark’s Upper Room. The accurate answer – the day of the Pentecost. And that third hour of prayer.  The ninth hour of prayer; three in the afternoon. We see Acts 17, the Gospel of Paul proclaimed. He preached the Gospel. It is to say that “Jesus is the Christ!” But unlike God, he does not speak about different level altogether. Because he testified the fact that, why Jesus must be the Christ? What that means is that he testified they reason why this person needs the Christ. That he demonstrated why Jesus ought to be the Christ. The fact that this person receives the mission comes the evidence for that. It’s the most accurate Gospel. We need these things.

That everything will follow into that Word. When that happens, you can see as the conclusion of that. It’s the continuation of that. It doesn’t just end with that. Acts 6 – the Words begin to arise throughout the region. Acts 8- they meet with one heart and spoke with one heart.  Acts 11:19, the works arose and even through tribulation, they experienced the works of the Words. We skipped one. Acts 7:1-6 Stephen staked his life to preach this Gospel. If you are within that, you don’t need to be concerned with anything else than that.

I once thought this to myself. So going into General Assembly denomination I visited, I also thought perhaps politics is essential. If these general assembly officers of this general assembly were to care for the church politics and focus on evangelism camp, then great works arise. How? Just do it this way. Even among these members, there are people I need to evangelize. All you need to do is connect these people together. There are many reverends who have interest in evangelism. Even if you just focus on that, the church politics means to do evangelism camp. Right now, there are so many denominations fighting. Then the journalists are only focused on that. Because they only focus on that, they don’t understand the heart of the matter. They would say, Christianity is the problem. What they say is that “the Christianity must disappear from the earth”. That’s how they misunderstand. Inside of them, there is this amazing work of life movement begin to fully arise. Pastors you must remember.

when you commission them out, you need to tell them. “Do not concern yourselves with fruits”. Receive grace. And how much evangelism you need to carry out, that is the secondary matter. Truly carry out the evangelism movement here. If you just leave them that way, that person will be revived. This year, your churches must be revived. If the church is not revived, that also does not matter. Let us pray.

God, this year, as the Word movement arise, save the churches in this field. In doing so, may your true healing continue to abound. May all churches in Yewon church arise so that all the metropolitan region can hear the accurate Gospel. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.

You need to actually think about these three things about evangelism. People who love the Gospel, of course, love sharing the Gospel as important. But then, when you think about this, there is something you need to carefully think of. When you share the Gospel, there is only one way. If you over-emphasize only one thing, that is only for your opinion. in order to share the gospel, we evangelize. that’s why you need to really remember.

if you have other things, you cannot continue. For the past 20-30years evangelism, if we have other things, we cannot continue. You MUST REMEMBER this. Really as you strive to edify the church members you have to remember this. Because when you truly love the Gospel and want to really evangelize, you need to keep this in mind. then how can we evangelize?

You need to keep these seven areas in mind. There are people who go around to many places to evangelize, you don’t really have to do that. Where you are right now, you need to evangelize. Some people say that they don’t have time to evangelize. Like some other people, I don’t have time to go to other fields and evangelize. If you say so, you misunderstood evangelism. You need to evangelize where you are. Where you are at, you need to give answers. At times, you can invite them and share the Gospel. There are circumstances like that. For example, Acts 18, Priscilla invited people to home. It does not have places for you to go.

There are places where you need to go. The people of the Acts 13, 16, 19, you need to go and save them there. When we truly think about evangelize, it is a vast field, but we do not have enough time to go. Those are instances when you need to send people, as you cannot go. There are places you need to send. That’s why Jesus said, “go to all people. all nations”.

Evangelism is not only this. WIth culture, you can evangelize. Especially three organizations. you need to remember this. Evangelism can be diversified in many ways.

You can evangelize utilizing many different means. The best opportunities is parties in America. All these presentations, or expos. they are all good. These are all good evangelism methods.

There is the last thing you pastors have to remember. It is pastoral evangelism. You truly have to open up your eyes to pastoral evangelism. You need to pray for RU. This is the only way to save the multi-ethnic people. In order to save Korea, it’s RTS. In order to save the multi-ethnic, it is RU.  In many different ways, you can evangelize. However, regarding the Gospel, your effort will never be in vain. There is something you need to remember in regards to evangelism. There are times with evangelism doors are closed. In this circumstances, people challenge or give up. There is God’s greatest secret hidden. You have to really remember here.

I really hate the Pentecostal style. there are Asia and everywhere that are blocked. That’s when people give up or try to get out of it. That’s where you see the greatest thing hidden. That’s when they met Lydia. You have to remember. Within meeting, not all meetings, there are absolute disciples. because this is what God has made, there is nothing it can change. There is a humanistic method. If you really carry out, God will attach absolute disciples to you. Think about it. Where would God entrust most precious properties?

As many people want to carry my bag, I let this one person carry my bag, but he lost the bag. Then one people offered the hand. Even one offered the hand lost the bag. AS we tracked back, I found it. After that, I don’t entrust the bag to anybody. With God, would He entrust absolute disciple to anyone?

Also, there are times when people have great works taking place through them. YOu need to see the spiritual side. THen evangelism movement will continue to rise. You need to really keep this in mind.

Many people are caught up in #1. 99%, pastors are caught up here. If that’s the case, you need to have consideration 300%. Then you will have this great success. If I yield 300%, I might go nuts. But why 300%? Most people who come to church, many do not do things properly. When you go to the field, they are not doing things correctly. The workers do things on their own. If you want to nitpick this, you can’t get things going. You need to sufficiently transcend.

You need to predict this in advance, and be considerate/yield. Most cases, pastors cannot overcome this. So no matter how much they try, they cannot overcome. When I went to Yongdo to pioneer first, the people gossip so much. People say according to their standard. Obviously, old believers say things only to save money. They were so talkative that I had to overcome that. Until great works arose, people talked so much. Church officers say things based on legalism. They are so obvious.  When most of the believers come to church, they work according to their own cliques not based on God’s desires. The pastors who came at the initial stage, came to see whether there are benefits. Have they left things alone, they calculated and ran away. Really do not get to deceive things. Pastors do not get deceived. Please do not get deceived. True works must arise at your church.

Just listen to this one thing carefully. It’s okay if the elders are strange. just remember. A lot of people have strange thoughts, so just listen to them and overcome them. Only this way, you can overcome the path. Keep this in mind, every field you need to keep this in mind.

Father God we thank you. You have called the evangelists to this age. May people not be the center, but God be the center. MAy problems not be problems. May we overcome all the things in the field so that we can be used as evangelists. Lord we pray this in Jesus name. Amen.

Of course, it has to be the place where God’s guidance was. The reason for that was to do healing ministry. I believe that is a good thing. I had the heart to help him, but at the same time, I thought he was perhaps thinking too lightly. If you look in the Bible, there is this “deep healing”. They have in-depth healing. If you have in-depth healing, you can do evangelism movement anywhere. This movement is something that the government cannot stop.

Think about it. if you do in-depth healing, who can stop this? If you heal the crippled, who can stop this? They were able to go to Samaria where the Jewish people could not go to.

They said to go to the Macedonia, so they did. They used what they already have. The door was locked. That itself is door. There is a field that does not work, that is your field. We keep on thinking about elsewhere. If you avoid the field that does not work, there is no guarantee that would work. That is the prayer. You look at the field that does not work, pray.

Don’t think a lot about it, pray a lot of about it. If you think a lot, naturally, you would end up becoming self-centered. Without you realizing, you become self-centered. Then you would start thinking about what others are thinking. This is called false motive. Other people fall into trial. Why is that? Because you think too much. You have to pray a lot.

People have to think a lot for those who did not receive salvation. We say, “you thoughtless person”, “why don’t you think about it?”. These words sound right, but these are non-believer’s words. If you have the assurance that you did not receive salvation, do not pray.

The Holy Spirit is with you. If you have the assurance that you did not receive salvation, you have to make preparation to go to hell. But when you are sure that you received salvation, the Holy Spirit is with you. Then you’ve gone to pray a lot, your powerlessness does not matter because when you pray the Holy Spirit works on you. The Holy Spirit is with you if you pray. Your powerlessness does not matter. Without praying, your powerlessness is revealed. This is very important.

The door that closed, is the actual real door. I wanted to study abroad, but the doors closed. That is the door. I’m not saying studying abroad is wrong but for me, it wasn’t right. I need to go into the field. If I had not been careful, I would have totally missed this. Acts 16:6-10 You have what you have.

Acts 16:11, they were looking for a place of prayer. From there, he met Lydia. It’s exactly the way it is. Really, do this intensely. You have to do this in depth. You look at people who look at God’s words, but cause issues at the church. These people did not look at the words in-depth. They looked at it in a skewed way.

This way, complete healing arose. 13:5 – 12, healing arose. As one demon-possessed woman was healed, immediately the entire town changed. This is what took place in Macedonia. Acts19:20, the Word movement and healing began to arise. It comes from this point on. There are a few things that no one could do comes. This is something that God is doing. Things no-one else can do comes. This is what is called only, uniqueness, and recreation. Because of this, they went to prison, but works took place. This is what God is doing. The work of “Only” worked. Did they evangelize? No, the jailor came to them and asked. He came to his feet and asked, how to receive salvation. They did not receive salvation.

“Believe in your household, you and your household will be saved”. That renowned verse comes from here. God really works. People really came and told you they want to receive salvation. Once at the field, this one person accepted the Christ. He kept coming back. Then he kept asking me to come with him and visit this home and that. He kept on taking me. The time was all spent here. The doors kept opening. I’m not that diligent person. But the doors kept opening. This returned shaman, she was taking me everywhere. So look at this.  The jailors all had meeting and they repented. One day they found out that Paul was a Roman citizen. They called Paul and apologized to him. What I say about don’t use humanism is that if you show citizenship paper, things would not have worked out. The jailors discovered this at the end.

The power of Roman citizen is that jailors cannot take the person without a warrant. For Roman citizens, even if you are given a sentence, you can request to stay at a place you want. Acts28:30-32, that’s how powerful Paul was. He was sentenced two years. All the disciples came here. By law, the Roman law had to protect him. This is how important the Roman citizenship was. There are different types of citizenship: naturalized citizenship, the government awarded citizenship, and citizenship awarded by the Emperor. The Roman emperor gave him directly. There is something they just honor them with. That extent, Paul was powerful, But Paul gave up everything and said “only Jesus”.

That is why this healing ministry has to become specialized. But this has to be established as a church. It is not a simple healing ministry. It has to be gospelized. Honestly, anyone can do it; this is becoming generalized. This evangelism movement is what rose in Early Church.

I want you to consider this carefully. If you do it on your own, it is difficult, but if God does it, it is not difficult. Evangelism movement that saves Jeju island is the healing ministry. This is the same anywhere you go, especially for Jeju island. With the Word, correctly start the movement. I pray that this becomes true opportunity for you.

Let us pray. We give thanks to God. May be this be the day when we hear your voice. May be this be the day we see your words. May be this be the day we see your work. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.

Public servants and Church (Public servants, legal professionals)

Today we are having public servants meeting. The church pastors need to think about Public servants and Church. In the Acts 1:1 Theophelous. This is a letter written by Luke to an legal profession. He is not anyone, but a doctor who had the Gospel. Why did he write to a legal profession? It means that he was acquainted with this legal professional. He was a formal pro-counsel or current counsel. The pro-counsel at this time were the people who were facilitating the trial. He sent to this person, the book of Acts and book Luke. This is a tremendous thing.

These are a few things you need to think and pray today. What would happen if the government counsel were able to see the seven field? Not just the welfare but welfare evangelism. We see these evangelists go into welfare, they were greeted with wide acclaim. Wherever they go, they were greeted because they were giving consultation. If public servants can open up the eyes to see this field, they can have tremendous. This would become amazing if the public servants can see NGO evangelism and cultural evangelism. We do a lot with multi-ethnic group, but we do multi-ethnic evangelism.

We see a lot of multiethnic ministries, they are not needless. But currently, they are not able to do what is needed. More than half of them face so many problems. They have so many issues they have to deal with. we have so many people understand this.  Some regards, we do unnecessary things instead. A lot of immigrants have spiritual problems. If the public servants can open up their eyes to this.

Let’s say that we have welfare target, the physical things we help them at the initial meeting is only damaging things. He is imprinted with things of Satan for over thirty years. We have to tell them the spiritual problem, what will happen in the future, and imprints/roots/nature.  There are a lot of refugees here. Our focus is not on helping them immediately. We have to acknowledge why they have become the way they are now. They are only concerned about putting food on their table. 90% of dependent churches – half of these dependent organizations need to receive handouts and reliefs. We need public servants who see this field. We need to help them not come under this state.

There were three young women I met. Did you come up to this region because you were trying to eat? I told them, “God has a special plan and have called you here”. Even now they are risen up and became disciples.

If #1-#6 is targeted towards low-income classes, but #7 deals with high-income and high educated class. What would happen if a public servant can open up the eyes to three organizations? It’s not just entrepreneurship, but cultural entrepreneurship. When we speak about evangelism, we think about sharing the Gospel right away. But we need to first heal the diseases the culture. When we think about social entreprenuership, it’s not social business. It is healing the social diseases.

When I meet with people, I don’t make them accept Christ right away. It is more beneficial for them to receive sufficient grace. The person has to receive truly hold onto the Gospel and receive healing. How greatly God would work if you open up your eyes here?

Ultimately, it’s about life healing.

Great majority is dealing with mental healing. Spiritual problem. They incur spiritual problem. As a result, they have a physical problem. I hope you pray about this.

Lastly, we need to remember that the Buddhist and Catholic took all. Besides faith, the Catholic has a different system. Protestant deals with individual salvation and individual church. This is a tremendous strength, but if you do not receive Gospel correctly, you live/act on your own (anarchy). This is greatest strength turned into the greatest weakness. Buddhist and Catholic have oneness. The organization takes care of things.

The welfare a usually given to them because they operate so well. In the U.S it’s not said but it is unsaid rule to give the funding to the non-Chrisitan orgs.

If you don’t do this, no one could.

God, we thank you. Please open up the eyes of the public servants to save the field. In Christ name we pray. Amen.
