You want to know what is not frivolous...Jesus Christ and God, now that is what we should worry about and how to get right. Although, Paul teaches how to be healthy inside and outside of the church, but this does not make you a bad Christian for not going to church folks. God has brought all to salvation, so keep the faith up!

Alrighty folks! Ian struck on Sept 28th and I knew that Saturday was not going to happen. I thought when the power came back on that I would do this update and get it up prior to the 8th of Oct. I actually recorded this on Yom Kippur...I did not realize. Also, a strange frequency came through too at 1:50min into this...Pay attention and clearly it is not me what sounds like one clearing their throat...very weird indeed. Stay Blessed
