INTRODUCTION: This week’s word showed up rather unexpected and was brought to my attention last week by Glenn Miller.  No not the big band leader from the 40’s but Client Success Representative at Cardone Training Technologies.  He dropped and defined this word in a recent meeting we had and as he broke it down, I knew it was perfect for this week’s word.
