  • 4: JP got into real estate through a newspaper ad. After 5 years in business his company made $2B in sales.

JP came to the States when he was 13 years old with his family. As many immigrants he didn't know any English and was set out to become an engineer. His immigrant entrepreneur journey blows me away because he got into real estate through a newspaper ad. Today, his company, JP & Associates Realtors is based out of Texas and has 3,200 agents. It is claimed to be America's fastest-growing 100% commission brokerage & franchise.

Agie Sihotang always says YES to opportunities and then figures it out. He is an absolute genius in reselling everything he puts his hands on. He flipped shoes, he flipped TVs, and even website design services!

Agie quit his master’s program to sell TVs and that conversation with his Indonesian parents was not an easy task. When Agie first started his company he had absolutely no investments, no capital, and he told his best friend who was helping him out in the new business and his wife to prepare themselves because they are going to hit a million dollars.

I truly believe that the power of words transcends our outcomes and Agie is a true example of that.

Agie started Indo Trading USA without any capital, and without any angel investors!

His first month sales hit $6,000, second month $12,000, third month $18,000 and on the 9th month of being in business he hit $1,000,000 in sales.

He now holds a multimillion dollar company and he’s thriving.

He truly believes in learning from others, networking and building relationships.
