Fabiola touches on her experience immigrating as a child, the obstacles her and her family, how they overcame them and continue to grow and better their lives here now as US citizens, and how they contribute to the economy.

Fabiola was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She came to the United States at the age of 3. She's the oldest of 5 girls, a mother, a wife, and the founder of Fab & Fit Foods. Currently, she's on a mission to educate herself and her family about finances and different types of investing.

Fabiola shares SO much value in this episode to help other immigrants understand the importance of shifting their mindset and believing in themselves to start businesses and build wealth. Wahidah Aziz is a financial coach and founder of Saved It! Financial Coaching. She grew up in Indiana; her family is from Malaysia where they occasionally visited relatives. Growing up she watched many family members struggle with money and make avoidable financial mistakes; it made her keenly aware of how money or the lack of it affects every part of her life. Taking a deep dive into everything personal finance, Wahidah was able to save $100,000 at the age of 27. She now teaches other millennial women of color how they can reach their money goals.
